Principal structural/civil engineering works:
Multi-storey steel framed structure with floor beams designed to act compositely with insitu concrete slabs cast on a proprietary metal deck system.

This building was constructed over the existing Moorfields underground railway station and required a complex arrangement of 4m deep steel transfer girders, spanning 25 metres over the subterranean station escalator shafts.
