Case Studies : Hatton Garden

This design and build project comprises the conversion of the former Parcel Force Depot in Hatton Garden, Liverpool, into residential accommodation and including the construction of penthouse apartments on the existing flat roof.

Principal structural/civil engineering works:
The works included the introduction of additional mezzanine floors between existing floors, new access staircases and lift shafts. A single-storey steel framework with mezzanine was introduced at roof level to provide additional accommodation.
