Brian has gained a wide experience of all aspects of structural design from hospital design (Arrowe Park Hospital) to aircraft hangers (British Aerospace) and large department stores (Lewis’, Woolworths).

While with Roy Billington Associates, Brian was heavily involved with listed and historic buildings projects including the refurbishment of the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, LIPA and Girobank and also “high tech” buildings such as the new cantenary roof structure at the University of Liverpool Sports Hall.

Brian has a degree in Building Engineering from Liverpool University.
