After 49 years in the industry Norman has extensive practical knowledge of civil and structural engineering and is currently listed on the UK Register of Expert Witnesses. He achieved Chartered Structural Engineer status in 1970.

Norman joined TD Bingham Ltd in 2004 after 34 years with W.G. Curtin and Partners. Past projects have included managing the construction of four jetty projects in Nigeria for blue chip American clients.
