As a main board director and a principal shareholder of Bingham Davis, Tim Bingham has advised on the design and construction of numerous civil and structural engineering projects. He has been involved with some of Liverpool’s most prominent landmarks buildings, including the Royal Sun Alliance headquarters, City Square and the conversion of the former Liverpool Airport terminal into the Marriott Hotel, Speke.
Tim’s career began as a trainee technician for Bingham Blades and Partners in 1978 and he later went on to qualify from Liverpool University with an Honours degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
Tim founded TD Bingham in 1989 and spearheaded the company’s acquisition of Roy Billington Associates in 2005 and the merger with Nickson Davis in March 2006.
