From site investigations and design conception, through to structural surveys and the supervision of work on site, Bingham Davis can tailor its services and fees to suit each individual project. This can be achieved without prejudice to the client's brief and with a clear understanding of the principal objectives, whether the scheme comprises the design and construction of a brand new building structure, environmental site remediation works or the design of civil engineering infrastructures, such as below ground drainage, culverts, roads, and bridges.

Bingham Davis is committed to working as an active part of the client's design team, from inception to completion, providing reliable engineering advice during the early feasibility stages, the detailed design stage and the construction phases on site.

This includes the production of sketch schemes to assist budget costing for feasibility assessments and development appraisals, through to the provision of detailed drawings, calculations, specifications and other necessary information for design development, competitive tendering, building regulations and construction.

Bingham Davis is also fully committed to undertaking its role and responsibilities as a Designer (strictly in accordance with the CDM Regulations for Health and Safety) and believe this to be a fundamental consideration in the development of all civil and structural engineering solutions.
