As part of the strategic planning process the directors will consider what overall training and development needs are required to enable the company to achieve its business objectives.
The training and development needs and competence levels of individuals will be regularly reviewed and annually appraised to identify strengths and weaknesses to allow a specific regime to be established for the individual, within the overall training and development needs of the company.
